Bringing the care back to workwear.
We spent time in hospitals — as patients and as visitors — and felt the strain. Research has shown severe stress can shorten a doctor's life from 75 years to 69. That was something we had to try to change.
So we studied the routines, the environments, and the small frictions that add up across a shift. The name comes from hospital rounds — multiple checks, multiple visits, multiple demands. We go through our own rounds so the people doing theirs have one less thing to think about.
