How do I start a return or exchange?
Step-by-step through the self-service portal.
- Visit our Returns portal and enter your order number + email.
- Choose the items and select Refund or Exchange.
- Print the prepaid label (US) or generate one for your region.
- Drop the parcel at the nearest carrier location.
Good to know
Refunds land in your original payment method within 5–7 business days of warehouse receipt.
