Can I edit or cancel my order?
How long you have to make changes after checkout.
We start preparing orders quickly to get them to you fast. You can request edits or a cancellation within 60 minutes of placing your order.
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Click 'Manage order' and choose Edit or Cancel.
- If the window has passed, contact support and we'll do our best.
