Where is my order?
Track your shipment and understand each status along the way.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track from your account under Orders.
Status meanings
- Processing — we've received your order and are preparing it for dispatch.
- Shipped — your parcel is on its way and tracking is now live.
- Out for delivery — the carrier has your parcel and will deliver today.
- Delivered — the carrier has marked the parcel delivered.
Good to know
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after a label is created.
